Which diagnostic is right for us?
It depends on the question. TST Studio suits a single stuck or high-stakes problem that needs alignment fast. ECO measures and benchmarks your Early Careers function. Research & recommendations suits any challenge that needs an outside view and a credible evidence base. If you’re not sure, talk to us and we’ll help you choose.
How long does a diagnostic take?
A TST Studio session is a half day or a full day, with the problem statement shaped with your stakeholders beforehand. ECO and research projects run over a few weeks, depending on how many people and sources are involved.
What do we get at the end?
Something you can act on, not just data. Studio ends with co-owned next steps; ECO ends with a bespoke profile and a Strategic Focus Workshop; research ends with an executive-ready report and a focused set of recommendations.
Can you benchmark us against other organisations?
Yes. ECO benchmarks your Early Careers performance against the market median, and can also compare regions or business units within your organisation.
What happens after the diagnosis?
Many clients go on to work with us on the changes the findings point to, from launching a new strategy to building the skills that are missing. Others take the recommendations forward themselves. Either way, the output is designed to stand on its own.
