Global Insurer VP Leadership Summit.
Harvard-backed psychometrics and a two-day immersive summit for 44 VPs navigating a major organisational restructure
The client needed to move its global workforce from understanding human rights in theory to acting on them in practice. The challenge was significant: human rights is a complex, sensitive topic that can easily feel abstract or disconnected from day-to-day work. The programme needed to land across a genuinely diverse global population – different roles, regions, languages and levels of prior exposure – and leave people with both the will and the tools to make a difference.
We designed a blended learning programme built on a clear model: build knowledge, shift mindset, develop capability. The experience moved participants from awareness to action through a structured learning journey – combining self-directed content, facilitated group sessions and practical tools they could apply immediately. Every element was developed in close partnership with the client's human rights team to ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity and genuine operational relevance.

The programme launched globally across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, reaching participants across multiple languages, roles and geographies. Facilitators were equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions at local level. The client's human rights team provided ongoing input throughout delivery to keep the content live and grounded. The programme was later recognised with a CSR Award for the quality and impact of its design.
It was a real challenge to develop training on such a complex and sensitive topic. TST worked hard to find approaches that were both accurate and engaging, and the result was a programme that participants were genuinely positively engaged with across the globe.
