Global Insurer VP Leadership Summit.
Harvard-backed psychometrics and a two-day immersive summit for 44 VPs navigating a major organisational restructure
The client was facing a significant shift in how it approached early-careers recruitment. The business needed to move from a credentials-led model to one built on skills and potential – a change that would require a new mindset across everyone involved in the process, from senior business leaders to campus recruiting teams. The challenge was to make that shift tangible, credible and actionable across a large, complex global organisation.
We designed and delivered a multi-asset campaign to build skills-based recruitment capability across the business. The programme combined strategic alignment at senior level with practical skills development for frontline recruiters – creating a coherent journey from belief to behaviour. Content was built around real hiring scenarios, ensuring that every element was immediately applicable.

The programme reached leaders and recruiters across multiple geographies and business lines. Senior sessions focused on the strategic case for change – what skills-based hiring means for the organisation, and what it requires of leadership. Practitioner sessions developed the specific skills needed to assess and hire for potential: how to design better role profiles, run more effective interviews and make more consistent decisions. A suite of digital assets extended the learning and gave teams the tools to embed new practices in their day-to-day hiring.
