Our client wanted to accelerate the development of its highest-potential female leaders across APAC and EMEA – a group of Managing Directors, Directors and Executive Directors who were already exceptional, but who had specific development needs around visibility, executive presence and navigating complex organisational dynamics. The challenge was to design an experience that felt genuinely relevant to where these leaders were – not a generic leadership programme repurposed for a senior female audience.
We designed the WM Advance Summit – a carefully curated two-day residential experience for 100 high-performing leaders. The design was built around three things these leaders actually needed: honest peer connection, access to perspectives they wouldn't normally get, and structured space to work on what was really holding them back. Nothing generic, nothing safe.




Participants engaged in a mix of large-group sessions, expert-led conversations and structured peer coaching. Speakers and facilitators were chosen for their genuine credibility with this audience – not for being inspirational, but for being honest and useful. Peer coaching sessions created space for leaders to work on real, current challenges with the support of people who understood the terrain. The programme closed with individual commitment-setting – grounding the experience in concrete next steps.
