The client had a clear ambition: to embed ELEVATE – its new brand and culture strategy – across a global corporate workforce of 8,000 people. The challenge was scale and complexity. This wasn’t a single event or a communications campaign; it was a sustained programme of cultural transformation that needed to land consistently across multiple geographies, functions and seniority levels – and shift real behaviour, not just awareness.
We partnered with the client to design and deliver a multi-asset transformation programme built around the ELEVATE strategy. The work combined large-scale live experiences with a suite of digital and facilitated learning – creating a coherent, layered journey that moved people from understanding to genuine ownership. Every element was designed to feel distinctly on-brand and on-voice, built around the stories and language of the organisation itself.


The programme spanned multiple formats and geographies, reaching colleagues across the client’s global corporate population. Live experiences created the energy and shared moments that shifted culture at scale. Digital content extended and reinforced the learning beyond the room. Facilitated team sessions gave leaders the tools to embed the change locally. Together, these elements created a programme that felt less like a project and more like a movement.
