Global Insurer VP Leadership Summit.
Harvard-backed psychometrics and a two-day immersive summit for 44 VPs navigating a major organisational restructure
A global luxury fashion house wanted to embed D&I as a genuine cultural priority – not a compliance exercise. Three things needed to shift: leaders needed to move from awareness to action; middle managers needed tools to drive inclusive conversations at team level; and the wider organisation needed to feel the change, not just hear about it. The brief was ambitious: create a single shared experience that could spark meaningful, lasting change across a global workforce.
We designed a full-scale immersive experience built around three principles: make it visceral, make it personal, make it practical. Working across creative, learning design and experience delivery, we built an event that felt nothing like a training day. Content was structured to move participants from emotional engagement to reflective insight to committed action – with every element designed to leave a trace.

Participants moved through a series of immersive zones, each exploring a different dimension of inclusion. The environment itself was designed to provoke and challenge – not just inform. Facilitators guided reflection and dialogue throughout, keeping the experience personal without being prescriptive. The result was something participants genuinely talked about afterwards – not because they were told to, but because it had moved them.
