Our client’s senior leadership team was preparing to drive a significant transformation agenda. With a new purpose statement to embed and a pressing need to shift mindset and behaviour at the top, the challenge was to design an experience that would move leaders from intellectual understanding to genuine personal commitment. This wasn’t about delivering information – it was about changing the conversation.
We designed an immersive two-day Leaders’ Conference built around the client’s purpose statement. Rather than presenting the transformation agenda to leaders, we put them inside it. The Domino Factory concept placed teams in a live, pressured environment where the only way to succeed was to lead differently. Every session was designed to create the conditions for genuine reflection, honest dialogue and renewed commitment.






Leaders moved through a series of purposefully designed rooms, each creating the conditions for a different kind of conversation. Moments of individual reflection gave way to team challenge and cross-functional dialogue. The final session brought the full group together to align around a shared leadership commitment – setting the tone for the transformation work that followed.
